GPass (the "Service") is a mail merge and email outreach tool, provided as a web application and a Gmail browser extension, that lets you send personalized bulk email from your own Gmail account and track how those campaigns perform. This policy explains what information GPass collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
GPass is operated by Jalpi. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at info@jalpi.com.
When you sign in to GPass, we collect your name, email address, and an internal account identifier. If you sign in with Google, we receive the basic profile information Google shares as part of that sign-in.
The GPass browser extension runs inside Gmail (mail.google.com) to let you build and send campaigns without leaving your inbox. To do this, it reads and writes the Gmail compose window you are actively using, in order to insert merge fields, templates, and tracking, and to send or draft the message on your behalf. The extension does not read your inbox, Gmail search, or messages outside the compose window you are working in.
To run a campaign, GPass processes the recipient email addresses and any merge field data you provide (for example, a first name or company name) so it can personalize each message. We also store campaign metadata you create, such as subject lines, message content, templates, and scheduling settings.
GPass records opens, link clicks, replies, bounces, and send/delivery status for messages sent through the Service, so we can show you campaign reports.
Subscriptions and payments are handled by our billing partner, account.jalpi.com. GPass does not directly store your full payment card details; billing information is processed by account.jalpi.com under its own terms.
Like most web services, we automatically collect basic technical data such as browser type, IP address, and timestamps of requests, for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.
GPass's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements. GPass only accesses the Gmail compose window to send the messages you create, and does not use Gmail data for serving advertisements, and does not sell Gmail data to third parties or data brokers. Gmail data is not used to train generalized AI or machine learning models.
We do not sell your data, your recipients' data, or your Gmail content to third parties. We do not use your Gmail content or recipient data for advertising. We do not share recipient lists or campaign content with other GPass users.
We share information only with the service providers that help us run GPass: infrastructure and hosting providers that store campaign and account data, Google (for Gmail sign-in and sending through your own Gmail account), and account.jalpi.com for billing. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of GPass, our users, or others.
We keep account and campaign data for as long as your account is active, so that your templates, recipient lists, and reports remain available to you. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your account, campaign, and recipient data within a reasonable period, except where we need to retain limited records for legal, billing, or security reasons.
You can review and update your account information from within GPass at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email info@jalpi.com from your account's email address. You can also revoke GPass's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted storage of authentication tokens and HTTPS for data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using commercially reasonable measures.
GPass is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service.
